Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind after the work has commenced or after delivery of the completed work.
- Client-Initiated Delays: If delays or non-completion are due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information or materials in a timely manner.
- Satisfaction Issues: If the work has been completed as per the agreed-upon specifications and scope, but you are dissatisfied with the outcome. We encourage feedback and revisions to address any concerns.
- Minor Errors: If the work contains minor errors that can be reasonably corrected within the scope of the initial agreement.
Refund Process
To request a refund due to non-completion of work, please follow these steps:

- Review: Our team will review your request and verify the non-completion of the work.
- Decision: You will be notified of the decision within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
